  • Spread foot cream or oil on to your hands.
  • Start the massage by stroking the top of the foot. Move from the toe to the ankle. Press the ankles firmly. Stroke the sole of the foot in the same method.
  • Make circular movements with your thumbs and fingers on the sole of your feet. Apply more pressure on the balls of your feet. Start massaging from the top to the bottom of the foot soles. Make circular motions on the sides of the feet as well.
  • Ankle rotation is good for your feet. Hold your foot and start rotating gently at the ankle portion. Repeat the rotating movement at the balls of your foot. Repeat this for five times in the clockwise and anti clockwise direction.
  • Knead the soles of your feet by holding the foot with one hand and applying pressure gently with your folded fist on the foot soles. Pay attention to the arches of your feet.
  • Squeeze your toes gently between the thumb and the forefinger.
  • Slide your forefinger between each toe for five times.
  • Complete the massage by making circular movements on the foot soles. Stroke the soles and the instep of your feet.
  • Wipe off excess oil or cream from your feet with a soft tissue.
